- The Evaluation Appraisal is a review of all current documented processes to determine their CMMI compliance. The Evaluation Appraisal will consist of a review and score for every CMMI Development and/or practice
- The Readiness Review is a review of all the applicable project artifacts to determine the project’s readiness for an appraisal
- The Benchmark/Sustainment Appraisal is registered with the CMMI Institute and the outcome is a maturity level
