Kevin Cotherman, US Navy veteran, has more than 40 years of experience in software and business process improvement, software systems analysis, project management, and leadership with commercial companies, federal agencies, and the military. He specializes in process improvement implementation and support, which includes defining and documenting processes, and setting up and working with Organization Process Groups. He is a CMMI Institute-Certified Lead Appraiser for Development and Services and has led over 22 Benchmark and 125 SCAMPI Appraisals.
